These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging program operated by Sunlarus Energy, LLC ("Sunlarus"). By opting in, you agree to the following:

• Program description. Sunlarus sends solar project updates, appointment and status notifications, and customer-support messages to customers who have opted in.

• How to opt in. You consent to receive text messages by signing a Sunlarus solar subscription agreement that includes SMS consent, by providing your number and agreeing to receive texts, or by replying START to a message from us. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• How to opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.

• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project activity.

• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Privacy. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at sunlarusenergy.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
