The standard solar pitch involves a 25-year lease, an escalator clause buried deep in a contract, and a commission-based sales rep who disappears the day after you sign. We've heard those stories from people across the country.

Written guarantees mean something

Anyone can say "guaranteed" in a flyer. Our guarantee is written into the agreement with a specific refund mechanism and no limit on the amount refunded. Look at section 3.3(b)

No-call policy is non-negotiable

You submit a bill. You get an email. You decide. We don't call . We don't follow up unless you ask. That's the whole process.
